The Ezekiel Sequence


Today, some nations seek to destroy Israel, others on our planet seek to divide the Promised Land into two states for "peace." 

One called Israel, the other a Palestinian State. 

That's the plan from the United Nations who will undoubtably once again make that division goal a key discussion point in the next General Assembly meetings in New York City.

After all, at the UN they always do. The Jewish-Arab debate engaged years ago in 1947, but the truth is this: a Palestinian State did not exist at that time nor before.

In my Scripture studies I found the truth, there is no Jewish occupation.

In fact, the Palestinians as they are called today, did not exist in 1947, the entire world including the former League of Nation ambassadors all called them... Arabs. Aren't Arabs from Arabia and Israelis from Israel?

U.N. Resolution 181 never mentioned a people group now called "Palestinians." 

Palestine is a relatively new name from Rome. 

In 135 AD, the term "Syria Palaestina" was used in naming a "new" Roman province with the merger of Roman controlled Syria and Roman controlled Judaea after the Romans crushed the Bar Kokhba opposition against the Roman Empire that invaded took control of Jerusalem in 63BC. 

Take a look at Resolution 181 for yourself, there's no need to take my word for it. The resolution refers to the 1917 Balfour Declaration, the Territory of Palestine and The Palestinian Mandate: which dealt with the Ottoman Turk's conquest of the land renamed by Rome as an insult 1,800 years earlier:
"Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have agreed, for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of Article 22 of the Covenant of the League of Nations, to entrust to a Mandatory selected by the said Powers the administration of the territory of Palestine, which formerly belonged to the Turkish Empire, within such boundaries as may be fixed by them; and 
Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have also agreed that the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 2nd, 1917, by the Government of His Britannic Majesty, and adopted by the said Powers, in favor of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, it being clearly understood that nothing should be done which might prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country..."
The Romans occupied Judaea. The "state of confusion" about the so-called occupied Palestinian territory we have today began with the Roman invasion of God's land grant after the Romans invented the term Palaestīna in the 2nd century to mark their intrusion into the Promised Land. Their Latin claim morphed into English as the word "Palestine." 

"Palaestīna" was a label by the Romans to usurp the rightful heritage of the Jewish people destroyed and dispersed into today's Europe by Emperor Titus. Professor Lewis got it right:
"From the end of the Jewish state in antiquity to the beginning of British rule, the area now designated by the name Palestine was not a country and had no frontiers, only administrative boundaries . . . ." Professor Bernard Lewis, Commentary Magazine, January 1975 
The Romans invented Palaestīna to hide the Biblical truth about Judea and Samaria as they put a new label on a Roman occupation map in a feeble attempt to wipe out the heritage of God's land promise to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. 

The ruins you see in Jerusalem today are there because the Romans attacked Jerusalem in 70AD and destroyed the city and The Temple. Attacks continue today, but the map of the Roman Empire has been replaced by public rhetoric at a podium in the U.N. building and in media headlines.

Long before the Arab nations attacked Israel in May 1948, when surrounding Arab forces invaded and attempted to finish Hitler's Holocaust after the middle of the night evacuation of British armed forces, a prophetic sequence was written to record the visions of a great prophet some 2,600 years earlier.

The Ezekiel scroll is date stamped describing the day of each vision and it provides a chronologic view of latter day events that are unfolding in the mountains and valleys of Israel today. 

Ezekiel does not state that the prophecies are sequential, he doesn't have to, the scroll only unrolls one way. 

The “latter day” prophecies revealed in Ezekiel 38-39 is seen by many as describing events which will occur in the time immediately preceding the Messianic Age. 

What if those chapters reflect the very same events John describes in Revelation 20:7-9?
When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison,  and will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the sand of the seashore.  And they came up on the [fn]broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the [fn]saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from heaven and devoured them.
When we compare the Ezekiel prophecies to these parallels in the Book of Revelation, we see there is a sequence that provides additional details on the mystery "release" of evil at the end of the Messianic Age of peace. 

The primary focus of Ezekiel 38 is that Israel is finally dwelling securely in safety without walls, bars or gates with none to make them afraid. Today, Israel lives in a tight security envelope managed by the IDF. Security walls and gates are everywhere as well as the IDF troops. To top it off, the Iron Dome is a mobile anti-rocket defense system that was installed in 2011 to defend the nation from rocket attacks that emanate from Gaza. 

They are there to protect Israeli Jews from jihad violence established in the HAMAS Charter.

That Charter declares war on Israel with this goal: "Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it"  

The land is not restored from war, in fact the U.N. and most nations want to push Israel back in time to pre-1967 green lines. HAMAS wants to obliterate it.

Those green lines are from the 1949 Armistice agreements between the armies of Israel and those of Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria established after the 1948 Arab–Israeli War. The green lines served as the borders of Israel from 1949 until the Six-Day War in 1967 that have nothing to do with the borders established by Almighty God in Genesis 15:18 nor the land described for the 12 tribe allottment in Ezekiel 47:13-23.  

One last good vs evil battle is described in Revelation 20, it links to the Gog Magog war described in Ezekiel 38 and Ezekiel 39.

It's really strange that the Gog Magog sequence and the circumstances described in Ezekiel and Revelation are ignored, after all there's no true peace in Israel. If the gates and walls were torn down, if Iron Dome was turned off, all hell and horror would break loose on the land and its innocent people. 

I have a simple question, is Revelation 20 the second witness to The Ezekiel Sequence and the Messianic Age or is Revelation 20 a rerun of the chaos before it?

Ezekiel was a Jewish prophet, but come to think of it, all the prophetic books of the Bible were written by Jewish men including the visions of John the Jew (aka Yochanan). 

Yochanan penned Revelation. 

"Yĕchezqe'l" aka Ezekiel יחזקאל is a Hebrew name that means: "God strengthens." His scroll provides the headlines back to future from the day King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon ransacked Jerusalem, to Titus and beyond. 

In Nebuchadnezzar's day, despite valiant effort, no one could stand up to stop the horrific destruction of Jerusalem, but Ezekiel reveals a similar battle, yet a different story in the end and there is a huge difference:

The Lord will defend His people in His land.

Nebuchadnezzar's attack came from Babylon circa 587 BC and we must not forget what happened in the exact same spot on the same day 657 years later when Rome's Titus and his local Legions attacked Jerusalem destroying The Temple for a second time. Both occurred on the 9th of Av as invaders battled the Jewish people and defeated them, yet in Ezra and Nehemiah's day they returned after Nebuchadnezzar's attack and in 1948 they returned after Titus.

That 9th of Av destruction leads me to a question, could the final Gog Magog war begin on the same day?

In Titus' time, the Legions led by the Romans thrust the survivors of the Jewish-Roman wars out of their homeland into a 1,900 year diaspora among the nations that ended after Hitler's tribulation Holocaust of World War II.

Today, Ezekiel's scroll continues to proclaim a latter day sequence to the events that "the word of The Lord" showed Ezekiel while Jerusalem lay in ruins under Nebuchadnezzar's rule.

Ezekiel, like Daniel and Jeremiah paid close attention to God's calendar by recording the dates of their visions as "the word of the Lord" came to reveal details of end-time sequence of events to these prophets. 

You can use see the time stamps their writings, but unlike Jeremiah and Daniel's writings, the sequence in the Ezekiel scroll looks to be in sequence. 

You can see the Ezekiel time stamps in the eternal promises beginning with the fifth year of Jewish king Jehoiachin's exile to Babylon.

Ezekiel's first vision occurred seven years before King Nebuchadnezzar's armies finished their destructive chaos against the people of the house of Judah. If you are wondering why we should pay attention to the time stamps given by Ezekiel, the reason is simple:

They are important because Elohim God proclaims Ezekiel's visions as a "sign" (Hebrew... "mowpheth"). Should we not know that everyone can know the signs of Abba Father's plan for the final redemption of all Israel?

The majority of Ezekiel’s prophecies have not yet come to fruition. 

We all know every road has signs so that you can know where you are if you want to reach your destination. Ezekiel's writings are reserved as signposts for the days to come for a reason... so you will know that Almighty God is Y-H-V-H, The Lord of Hosts:
"Thus Ezekiel is unto you a sign: according to all that he hath done shall you do: and when this cometh, you shall know that I [am] Adonai YHVH." ... "In that day shall your mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt speak, and be no more dumb: and thou shalt be a sign unto them; and they shall know that I [am] YHVH." Ezekiel 24:24 and Ezekiel 24:27
Before this heavenly declaration was made, if we read Ezekiel 12, we can see that the word of The LORD tells Ezekiel that the words He gave the prophet to record are road signs for the future, not for the generation or time that the prophet lived. God promises Ezekiel they will happen --- in the future called the latter days of the last generation:
Again the word of The LORD came to me, saying, Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he sees is for many days to come, and he prophesies of times that are far off.

Therefore tell them, Thus says the Lord GOD: There shall none of my words be deferred any more, but the word which I shall speak shall be performed, says the Lord GOD. Ezekiel 12:26-28
Ezekiel was told that God's good verdict of judgment is for Jerusalem, the Promised Land and its people that will be performed. 

This bold statement ties directly to Revelation 10:1-7 when there will be no longer a delay as the seventh trumpet sounds. John describes a messenger (angel) from Heaven that has a little book. That book is sweet as honey but was made bitter. 

Have you ever considered, the book may be the scroll of Ezekiel?

Revelation 10:7 describes the future days of mystery given to the prophet Ezekiel and other prophets:
"But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets."
If you not have read the book of Revelation or Daniel, you must if you want to understand Ezekiel's vision and the sequence of events to come.

You can read the words for yourself and you will discover that a final seventh trumpet will be blown. 

That promise is in Revelation 11:15 as the messenger of God sent to John declares that the "kingdoms of this world" will become "The Kingdom of God and Messiah."

Both Revelation and Ezekiel declare that the world will see great tribulation in the battles to overcome evil on the planet, Those battles will turn people back in repentance to the God of Israel. The focus is on Messiah and His defense of Israel as the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

Tribulation is a time of mystery that Ezekiel writes about and the prophet, like Daniel, records some important details on the conflicts of kingdoms and a final attack in the end days that will end with these words: Blessed is He that comes in The name of The LORD:


"Baruch haba b'Shem Adonai."


Take note, because it's critical... we need to see something, the word "kingdom" used in Revelation 11 is the Greek word "basileia" - it means "territory."

Have you ever noticed that the land areas claimed today by the Palestinian Authority (PA) are mistakenly called occupied "territories"?

Today, the world's headlines tend to blame all Middle East conflicts on this so-called "occupied territory." Yet, that territory is not occupied by the Jewish people, it is their home and the deed to that land is the Bible, the Word of God because it is His land to grant to those He choose to declare His Word to the world.

Every other day it seems, we hear or read of random terror attacks on innocent Jewish people including those rocket attacks from Gaza. Attacks include shootings, stabbings, rock throwing and car ramming by Palestinian jihadists that are brainwashed to seek martyrdom with 72 virgins in a Qur'anic paradise while the PA pays their families a pension to reward their death work.

Let's take a turn from the horror of the headlines and the lies of the Koran and its hadiths to the truth of The Scriptures.

In Ezekiel 13, God speaks to the men of Israel that see visions of peace for Jerusalem “when there is no peace.” That provides a blueprint for today's headlines:
"To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD."
Later, Almighty God tells Ezekiel (in chapter 35) that at the latter time of punishment, The Lord will stand against the descendants of Esau (Mount Seir). 

As you can see, this calamity mirrors historic events that through time have horrifically led to European church-led expulsions and Russian pogroms against the Jewish people. Yet all the while, many faithful Jewish people have remained committed to the Bible as the Word of God.

That fact shows the insanity of anti-Semitism, replacement theology and dispensation.

Today, many nations seek to divide the Promised Land for peace, others like Iran and their proxies declare their goal is to wipe Israel off the map as Iran seeks nuclear capabilities.

So-called world leaders make excuses veiled in a disguise they call the Israel-Palestinian Conflict.

However, when you step back and look around the Middle East today, you can see the real conflict comes from radicals like those that kidnapped American hostages in Iran for 444 days from November 4, 1979, to January 20, 1981. 

Today, an army called the Revolutionary Guard are full of Iranian radicals currently led by the despotic rule of Khamenei. His proxy reach extends to Syria as well as Lebanon under Hezbollah to Gaza and their subordinate Hamas that fires rockets like arrows at Israel. 

Further west, there's Turkey under the iron fist of Erdogan who at times resembles an Ottoman Sultan, yet it seems no one knows what he stands for other than protecting his own power base. My view is he is an enemy of Israel.

It's time to take a look at the evidence in the Bible because prophecy is God's voice of history written in advance to show the world the God of Israel is sovereign. There is good news in the prophetic headlines of Ezekiel's scroll too. It describes what the prophet was shown, and it is a vision of the future Messianic Age to come.

The Ezekiel sequence is scary too because it describes suffering, oppression, war and tribulation but it does not stop there, greater than all of that is its promise of redemption and restoration.

It describes the blessing of peace that will not come from dividing God's land, but from a renewed covenant restoration of God's promises to Abraham and King David. 

A big part of the promise of restoration will include the restoration of Jew and former Gentile, one new man both adopted in Messiah just as the apostle Paul declares in Romans 11 from Ezekiel 37.

Paul was not writing about a new promise. He was repeating the promise from the prophet.

Despite political plans, peace will not come with a Palestinian State land plan nor from the diplomatic process of a "United Nations" against Israel no matter how noble the words "peace and security" may sound. 

Peace will never come from a people called Mt. Seir or from Gog and Magog either.

Did you know the word "Seir" means "hairy" and that fact should raise an eyebrow when you think back to Jacob's story when following his mother's advice and supposedly disguised himself from his father Isaac, pretending to be "hairy" like his twin brother Esau (see Genesis 27).

Genesis 36:7-8 explains Esau's choice: "For their possessions were too great for them to dwell together; the land where they stayed could not support them because of their livestock. So Esau (that is, Edom) settled in the hill country of Seir. This is the account of Esau, the father of the Edomites, in the hill country of Seir.…

The sequence of Ezekiel's end-time calamity that leads to restoration zeros in with the timeline of events in the scroll as it unrolls in Ezekiel chapters 35-39. The scroll reveals tribulation events followed by the promise of blessings to follow that are seen in chapter 40.

The prophetic stage of Ezekiel's sequence is before us. The timeline we are in today is revealed in Ezekiel 33 when the prophet learns that the occupiers of the land will be front and center with a global focus on overturning Abraham's covenant:
"The word of the LORD came to me: 'Son of man, the inhabitants of these waste places in the land of Israel keep saying, ‘Abraham was only one man, yet he got possession of the land; but we are many; the land is surely given us to possess.'" Ezekiel 33:23-24
Aren't those the agitated words of today's Palestinian leaders?

This is why there will be no lasting peace deal, some Palestinians, like Esau want the birthright, but they forget that Esau gave it away for a cup of soup.

But there will be peace, it comes from the promise of The LORD’s covenant for peace not the UN:
“I will make with them a covenant of peace and banish wild beasts from the land, so that they may dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.  
And I will make them and the places all around my hill a blessing, and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing. And the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land.  
And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I break the bars of their yoke, and deliver them from the hand of those who enslaved them. They shall no more be a prey to the nations, nor shall the beasts of the land devour them. They shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid.  
And I will provide for them renowned plantations so that they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer suffer the reproach of the nations. And they shall know that I am the LORD their God with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, declares the Lord GOD.   
And you are my sheep, human sheep of my pasture, and I am your God, declares the Lord GOD.” Ezekiel 34:25-31
The reproach of the nations against Israel Ezekiel describes change dramatically in chapters 40-48 because we get to read of another promise that is declared at the end of the book of Revelation in chapter 21 and 22. It's the same promise given as Ezekiel's scroll unrolls after a period of grave tribulation also described in Daniel 12, Zechariah 14, Haggai 2, Zephaniah 3, Micah 6, Obadiah 1 and Amos 8.

Malachi 1-4 provides the executive summary of tribulation and restoration.

The visions recorded in Ezekiel are seen with a slightly different perspective than that of Amos 9, Micah 7, Haggai 2, Hosea 14, Habakkuk 2,  Malachi 4, Joel 3, Isaiah 66 and Revelation 20:11-15.

Ezekiel gives us minute details reiterated by the prophets about the Tabernacle "dwelling place" of Heaven on Earth, New Jerusalem and the promise of "My sanctuary in their midst forever" declared in Ezekiel 37:26.

Believe it or not, the prophetic restoration promises of all prophets ties back to The Lord's Prayer:

"Thy Kingdom come thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven."

That's because in the end, it's not about a escape cloud in Heaven, its about Heaven coming to Earth, God tabernacling with mankind, just as it was in the beginning at the garden.


This last page in Revelation is not the end,
it is the new beginning.


Eden's tabernacle peace promise is revealed in Revelation 21:3...
"And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God."
This is the same picture given to Moses at Mount Sinai as he records the instructions for the Tabernacle. 

God will be living among His people again one day. That's His redemption plan.

The book of Revelation is full of big picture themes and graphic images as well as images that tie many details of Ezekiel's sequence together.

Revelation links to the visions of Daniel as well as those given Ezekiel. So much so, we might imagine that the Apostle John was given his vision at the Isle of Pathmos after reading the scrolls of Ezekiel and Daniel. John was given an amazing revelation while fasting and praying over the words he had just read in the scrolls of his Jewish peers.

There is something very important to know whether you are a Bible student or not. You need to know  - Almighty God is serious when He promises that He declares ALL things to the prophets (read Amos 3:7).

God said that for a reason.

So, it is not up to me to worry about interpretations of theories or opinions that do not tie to the prophets of the Bible.

God's declaration to Amos that you just read is the reason we must study the words of the prophets of the Bible, no matter how difficult they may be. The disciple Kepha (aka Peter) reiterated just how critical this is. Check it out in 2Peter 1:20-21 as the disciple exhorts everyone to rely on the writings of prophets:
"But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God."
Our Creator God tells us through the prophet Isaiah's pen that the Almighty God of Israel declared the end from the beginning (read Isaiah 46:8-11). That means reading and studying the front of the Bible is key and it starts with the creation week. That fact is critical if we are to ever understand the restoration in the end.

At least two promises must be considered to understand the Ezekiel sequence:

1. God declares all things to the prophets and
2. He declares the end from the beginning.

The creation week portrays the timeline of mankind, so before we look further into the Ezekiel sequence, consider what has happened over the past few years.

Just five years ago, the unrest that we now know as the "Arab Spring" included a focus on ancient Egypt and if we paid attention, it starkly reminded us of the Bible verses that speak of seven nations living in and around ancient Israel.

The Bible declares that the ancient nations of 1) Hittites, 2) Girgashites, 3) Amorites, 4) Canaanites, 5) Perizzites, 6) Hivites, and the 7) Jebusites were seven nations more numerous and mightier than Israel. This is shown to us Deuteronomy 7 and by a glance at any map today, the nations of people surrounding Israel are Muslim people groups and each of them are more numerous and seemingly mightier than tiny Israel.

The uprising of radical Islamists within a combination of government and religious powers in Muslim countries in 2011 was mistaken by the "Western" media as an uprising of people seeking democracy. The Arab Spring was thought to be a good thing by many western political prognosticators including Obama, but they were wrong. How do we know?

The world stage is a witness to the horrors just north of the land of promise in Syria.

The headlines are full of the news of wandering Syrians, refugees from the terrible conflict that began three weeks before Passover 2011. Horrifically, in the Syrian uncivil war, some 400,000 or more men, women and children have been killed to date, and 4.8 million Syrians have been scattered around the globe like an anti-thesis to the ten tribes of Israel that the Assyrian armies attacked and scattered beginning in 721 BC.

The Bible tells us that idolatry infested ten tribes of the Northern Kingdom, often called "Ephraim." They disappeared when the Assyrian armies invaded, captured and deported the Israelites of the northern kingdom that had separated themselves from Judah in the south.

At the time, the ten tribes were collectively called "Ephraim" because their family was the largest of northern Israel.

Believe it or not, the division started with a civil war that divided Judah in the south and Israel in the north. Their disputes divided the kingdom united under king David. The northern kingdom under Jeroboam and the southern kingdom under Rehoboam separated in 931 BC and it stated with a tax dispute.

The northern kingdom's Assyrian assault began in 721 B.C. during the reign of King Hoshea (2 Kings 17). Those who survived the onslaught disappeared into exile among the nations and they are still known today as the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel.

The first invasion came from Assyria's king Tiglath-Pileser. The second under Shalmaneser V and Sargon in 722 B.C. Samaria fell at that time as well. After the northern kingdom of Israel was assimilated by Assyria, eventually the southern kingdom fell to Babylon's attack and Daniel was forced to leave Jerusalem with everyone else or face certain death.

Incredibly today, in an eerily similar way, many Syrian people are now scattered in diaspora to the same places the ten tribes of Israel were assimilated into.  Millions have fled grave tribulation wandering on their way, scattered on a global scale among the nations and some fear that terrorist radicals are embedded among the Syrian immigrants.

All the while, the UN focuses its efforts to condemn and divide Israel.

Syria... what goes around comes around. The end that was declared from the beginning is real because we are living in Biblical times, a time called the latter days by the prophets of God.

The prophet Joel declares:
"For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land, and have cast lots for my people..." - Joel 3:1-3
Devastation continues everyday in Syria and the plight of Syrian refugees, the so-called migrants will be on the world's stage for years to come.

I'm not quite sure why the press calls them "migrants." That's really confusing. In most any dictionary, migrants are defined as crop workers who "voluntarily move" from place to place to do seasonal harvest work. The Syrian refugees are not crop workers, many are Christians and their move is an escape from hell.

They are on the run because their homes, schools, churches and cities have been destroyed in grave tribulation for crying out loud!

What goes around comes around. The fact is the first refugee exodus from Syria began during the end of the reign of the Ottoman Empire that ended at the conclusion of what we call the first World War... WWI.

At that time, nearly one million Syrians arrived in the United States and more than 90% of them were Christians. Others fled to Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Canada and Australia. Before that first exodus, 25% of the Syrian population was Christian. Not so today.

When the current assault on the people of Syria began, about 10% were Christian. Damascus, Homs and Aleppo had been the focus of Christianity in the region thanks to the amazing ministry of the disciple Peter. You remember him, he delivered the sermon at Shavuot (Pentecost) after the Holy Spirit descended right on time fifty days after the resurrection of Yeshua.

Years later, Peter's assignment to preach the gospel of The Kingdom was included Damascus. The Syrian Christians learned of the Jewish Messiah from Peter but today his legacy is being wiped out by radical jihadists!

Syria's conflict will continue to be front and center for awhile and someone at the UN will continue to  blame Israel for all radical Muslim unrest in the Middle East as they always do. Syria will be a major topic of debate by world leaders at the UN's 71st General Assembly in September, later this year. I'm no prophet, believe me, the UN agenda is posted online for anyone to see. The general debate on Syria is titled: "Summit for Refugees and Migrants."

The Arab Spring uprisings were the will of the people all right, but it was not democracy they sought, it was division and the seed of rebellion sowed by ancient descendants that rejected the God of Israel. No militant rebel in Syria or Northern Iraq seeks democracy, they seek a radical Caliphate and the rule of Sharia as Sunni fight the Shiite in the Levant.

Joshua 11:1-5 records that many of the hostile nations were defeated by Israel's armies under Joshua's (Yehoshua's) military leadership. Long ago, the radicals were called Canaanites, Amorites as well as Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites and Hivites. These nations are named in Deuteronomy 7:1 but Joshua 11:19 clearly tells us Israel's armies did not destroy them all.

The Hivites of Gibeon were spared and the Girgashites disappeared in the Bible, so we know at least five of the seven fell in antiquity including the leader of them all, King Jabin of Hazor. 

Jabin means "whom God observes" as in the popular saying: "know your enemy."

When modern Israel was established in 1948, the enemies of Israel were known as The Arab League or more formally, the League of Arab States. These seven point us back to the days of Joshua. The Arab League was founded in Egypt in 1945 by 1) Egypt, 2) Iraq, 3) Lebanon, 4) Saudi Arabia, 5) Syria, 6) Yemen and 7) Transjordan (renamed Jordan, as of 1950).

The founding Arab League nations were established by the Protocols of Alexandria, and like a Biblical blueprint, four leaders of these seven nations have now fallen from power. As noted, the western media called the Islamic Awakening an Arab Spring, and it has changed the power structure of four of these Arab nations... yet thousands of years ago, Biblical prophecy declared "five will fall." So one remains.

The question is who?  

This prophecy of the "fall of five" is seen in Revelation 17:10 and it certainly appears that the end time prophetic events are coming together before our eyes and headlines. History is important if we are to understand prophecy, becuase its history in advance. Don't forget, immediately after Israel declared itself an independent state following Hitler's Holocaust, the armies of five, yes five Arab League nations: 1) Egypt, 2) Jordan, 3) Syria, 4) Lebanon, and 5) Iraq attacked Israel without any provocation.

Yet, just before their attack on the new tiny newborn state, many thousands of Arab people ran from their homes and deserted the Promised Land. All of this sounds like a storyline right out of the book of Joshua doesn't it?

For Bible students, today's devastation of Syria might point you to the prophetic words of Revelation 17:9-11 but it may be another nation that was in the terror headlines well before Syria. The US was attacked by Al-Qaeda terrorists. They emanated on 9/11 out of Afghanistan in 2001 and for them men like Osama Bin Laden and Ayman Al Zawahiri are heroes.

Is that nation still in play, is the Taliban? I really don't know, but we will. 

The thing right now is U.S. forces have not withdrawn. When Obama pulled troops out of Iraq a couple of years ago, chaos ensured from radical ISIS terrorists that grabbed the war machines and equipment we left behind for the US trained Iraqi forces. Will the same ISIS-like chaos repeat like a time bomb in Afghanistan when we pull out of our hedge of protection? 

The reason to worry is simple, ISIS is a highly radical terrorist offshoot of al Qaeda which is an offshoot of the Taliban of Afghanistan. Warped terrorist minds filled with hate and without a heart are waiting on the failure of an Obama-like administration to withdraw American troop protection. If that happens, we'll likely see horrors in the headlines about ISIS or a group like them in some other terror-morphed form. The real time bomb may be the ticking heard next door. That's the possibility of a jihadist uprising in Pakistan with its nuclear weapon arsenal.

For now, I think it is worth knowing that four of seven "kings," the rulers of the original Muslim states that attacked Israel "have fallen" since 2003. I don't think that's a mere coincidence and it's a link to the Ezekiel sequence.

Egypt was seen by everyone in the headlines. Their leader Muhammad Hosni El Sayed Mubarak was taken down in the Arab Spring. He was an Egyptian military and political leader who served as the fourth president of Egypt from 1981 to 2011. Yet, all is not well in Israel despite word opinion about Abdel Fattah Saeed Hussein Khalil el-Sisi the Egyptian politician who serves today as the sixth and president of Egypt since 2014.

The Ezekiel sequence tell us Egypt has a problem:
Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will bring a sword upon you, and will cut off from you man and beast, and the land of Egypt shall be a desolation and a waste. Then they will know that I am the LORD. 
"Because you said, 'The Nile is mine, and I made it,' therefore, behold, I am against you and against your streams, and I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from Migdol to Syene, as far as the border of Cush. No foot of man shall pass through it, and no foot of beast shall pass through it; it shall be uninhabited forty years. 
And I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of desolated countries, and her cities shall be a desolation forty years among cities that are laid waste. I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them through the countries. Ezekiel 29:8-12
Yet, there is good news too for Egypt after the destruction that will start in Migdol to Syene, as far as the border of Cush. Today's Ethiopia is Cush, the area is now home to Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. Egypt and Sudan say that Ethiopia has acted unilaterally and Egypt relies on the Nile for its water supply so they see this dam as an existential threat. Why will the area not be inhabited for forty years?

Does this speak of a nuclear problem?

Let's get back four of seven "kings."  For the nations that oppose Israel, the modern king's fall began the day Saddam Hussein was captured. He was found on December 13, 2003 hiding out in a six-foot hole in the ground in ad-Dawr near his childhood home of Tikrit, a two and 1/2 hour drive north of Baghdad. 

Eight years later, on October 20, 2011, Libya's Muammar Gaddafi was found in the same way, hiding in a drainage pipe outside Sirte, Libya near his childhood home in the desert of Tripolitania.

So, if we are paying attention, what does the riddle in Revelation say about wisdom?
"Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits, and they are seven kings; five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; and when he comes, he must remain a little while. The beast which was and is not, is himself also an eighth and is one of the seven, and he goes to destruction". Revelation 17:9-11
Consider this... following the day Iraq's Dictator Hussein met death by hanging after being convicted by an Iraqi Special Tribunal for the Dujail massacre of 148 Iraqi Shi'ites in the town of Dujail in 1982. Libya's Dictator Gaddafi was excuted without a trial after he was found in a drainage pipe. Tunisia's Zine El Abidine Ben Ali fell. Ben Ali fall from power was followed by the death of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and then Yemen's Ali Abdullah Saleh.

Right now, Ben Ali still lives, but he is in not hiding in a hole. He fled to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the western gateway to Mecca. Amazingly, in 2008 Ben Ali predicted the fall of Egypt, the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood and the revolt in Syria. Perhaps his hiding may show us the one that must remain a little while in this prophecy or is the remaining one Bashar Assad who leads the fight of destruction in Syria?

The Jerusalem Post reported an amazing story back in December of 2010 about Ben Ali: 'Tunisian premier predicts Muslim Brotherhood takeover'
By Herb Keinon Last Updated: 12/08/2010 14:28 - The moderate Arab states' fear of Iran and Islamic radicalism continued to pour forth from documents released by WikiLeaks Tuesday night, with the Tunisian President predicting in a conversation with a senior US diplomat two years ago that the Muslim Brotherhood would take over Egypt sooner or later. According to a cable written on March 3, 2008 by Robert Godec, the U.S. ambassador in Tunisia, Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali told Assistant Secretary of State David Welch that "Tunisia was happy it was part of the Maghreb, and not part of Levant or Gulf."

The dispatch said Ben Ali "opined that the situation in Egypt is 'explosive,' adding that sooner or later the Muslim Brotherhood would take over. He added that Yemen and Saudi Arabia are also facing real problems. Overall, the region is 'explosive.'" Ben Ali said that Syria was a source of concern in the region, since it is "acting for Iran, and the later is fueling regional problems." Ben Ali, according to the dispatch, said "he 'does not trust' the Shia."
For now it appears now that Syria's President Bashar al-Assad may be the next to fall from power... yet the prophecy also says: "one is, the other has not yet come; and when he comes, he must remain a little while." Is that the Taliban? Perhaps. They have waiting since we invaded Afghanistan in late 2001, when we invaded Afghanistan and toppled the Taliban government with the goal to dismantle al-Qaeda.

Astonishingly, some two thousand years after it was written, Revelation 17:10 tells us plainly that five of seven end-time leaders must fall and an eight that was one of the seven which was and is not will go on to destruction. Yes, you read that correctly and it remained a mystery for nearly 2,000 years.

It's likely  that the prophecy of Revelation 17 and today's Middle East Muslim nations are linked.

There may be another link. It's between the ancient nations that opposed Joshua with the modern armies that attacked Israel in 1948 as the tiny nation state fought back the Arab League troops to retain their Promised Land.

Israel successfully defended itself again in 1967 during the Six Day War and in fact by many miracles gained more of the promised land grant given to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Today, about two-thirds of the original land grant remains in the future. The land promised to Israel is found in Genesis 15:18 and Ezekiel 48:1-29. It extends from the river of Egypt to the great River Euphrates first named as the fourth river flowing of Eden.

If the fifth king to fall is Assad, at the end of the day what will be left of Syria?

Isaiah has something to say about that. Isaiah calls Damascus forsaken and a ruinous heap. This is described in Isaiah 17 and there's more commentary about that in The Oracle of Damascus.

Unless there is another, perhaps in Afghanistan, Mr. Assad may be the fifth dictator of the 'original' 1948 Arab League to fall from power through Muslim violence. Don't forget: Syria is one the nations including Egypt, Syria and Jordan that fought against Israel in 1967. Consider too, Israel has strong peace treaties with Jordan and Egypt, but not Syria to the north.

Egypt and Jordan represent the fulfillment of prophecy as these Arab nations remain committed to peace with Israel and others will follow as they fear and oppose the Shia of Iran. Egypt's peace treaty was signed just before the Spring Feasts of 1979 and Moab, rather 'Jordan's' treaty was signed in 1994 just after the Fall Feasts that year.

God's word is incredible, its prophetic words point toward these treaties.

They are found near the end of the Torah scroll in the portion known worldwide to the Jewish people as Ki Tetze "When You Go Forth" (Deuteronomy 21:10 - 25:19). There in Deuteronomy, as plain as day, we can read about nations that God says will be at peace with Israel:
“Do not despise an Edomite, for the Edomites are related to you. Do not despise an Egyptian, because you resided as foreigners in their country.” Deuteronomy 23:7
Who should believe this report remains true today and that the words written so long ago should still stand even today?

Yeshua of Nazareth, that's who.
“Think not that I am come to destroy the Torah, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Torah, till all be fulfilled.” Matthew 5:17-18
The scrolls of the prophets are unrolling, so let's look again at what's happened since the Arab Spring began.

As it stands now, the world has witnessed the fall of four modern Arab League leaders: 1) Iraq's (Saddam Hussein), 2) Tunisia's (Zine El Abidine Ben Ali), 3) Egypt's (Hosni Mubarak) and 4) Yemen's (Ali Abdullah Saleh). Each has fallen from power right before our eyes as they were stripped of their post World War II autocratic rule and dictatorial power given to them by France and Britain's withdrawals.

If these four men: Saddam Hussein, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, Hosni Mubarak and Ali Abdullah Saleh are indeed four of the seven "kings" noted in the book of Revelation, then one of the seven today is 'the' government which was (in power)... will come back into power... yet go on to destruction by the sword in the valley of decision.

This means that the aggressive side of Islam that feigned death at the end of World War I with the fall of the Ottoman Turk Empire will rise up again and go on to destruction and Israel may be the tip of the spear.

These prophecies look like a re-run of the fall of King Jabin of Hazor described in Joshua 11. Today's Jabin whoever he is on the world stage, may very well rise from the chaos of this "Islamic Awakening" in an attempt to unify the people nations of the Mideast.

We are seeing the Bible's prophecies repeat as the Arab League seeks a Palestinian State to negotiate new treaties to divide Israel.

With that as the given, let's consider the goals of the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council's charter. The 1981 GCC founding charter states (underlines mine for emphasis):
"Being fully aware of the ties of special relations, common characteristics and similar systems founded on the creed of Islam which bind them; and Desiring to effect coordination, cooperation and integration between them in all fields; and, Having the conviction that coordination, cooperation, and integration between them serve the sublime objectives of the Arab Nation; and, In pursuit of the goal of strengthening cooperation and reinforcement of the links between them; and In an endeavor to complement efforts already begun in all essential areas that concern their peoples and realize their hopes for a better future on the path to unity of their States; and In conformity with the Charter of the League of Arab States which calls for the realization of closer relations and stronger bonds; and In order to channel their efforts to reinforce and serve Arab and Islamic causes, Have agreed as follows: click here to continue reading the Arab States GCC charter...
We must keep our eyes wide open as watchmen over Jerusalem and Israel, and there is much more to consider about the objectives of the radical Islam. There is more to prepare our hearts and the hearts of others for - as we pray about events in the sea of the Mideast nations that have allowed Islamic radicals to move from persecuting Christians to trying to destroy Israel in the end as many in the 'west" rely on a rapture ride not found in Scripture even as Al-Qaeda attacked the United States.

So what is next?

The stage has been set for monumental events within the Islamic lands surrounding Israel that will impact the Promised Land and the world.

I think the prophet Ezekiel gives us 'the sequence' of the final events.

In the beginning of his scroll, Ezekiel gives a wake up call about events described in Matthew 24:21; 2 Thessalonians 1:6 and in Revelation 7:14 just before the coming 1,000 year Messianic "day." The difficulties of the birth pangs are not validated in Christian rapture sermons. Like the entire Bible, the origin is Jewish and they come from Biblical prophecies like those first found in Deuteronomy 4:30. 

This one is noted By J. Immanuel Schochet as the Ikvot Meshicha: The Time Immediately Before Mashiach:

"The time appointed by G‑d for the Messianic redemption is a closely guarded secret.1 Nonetheless, we are offered many hints to recognize its proximity: when certain conditions come about, await the imminent coming of Mashiach.

Most of these conditions are quite disturbing, clearly displaying a situation of the very “bottom of the pit.”2 One major source describes the world-condition in those days as follows: increase in insolence and impudence; oppressing inflation; unbridled irresponsibility on the part of authorities; centers of learning will turn into bawdy houses; wars; many destitutes begging, with none to pity them; wisdom shall be putrid; the pious shall be despised; truth will be abandoned; the young will insult the old; family-breakup with mutual recriminations; impudent leadership.3

Other sources add: lack of scholars; succession of troubles and evil decrees; famines; mutual denunciations; epidemics of terrible diseases; poverty and scarcity; cursing and blaspheming; international confrontations nations provoking and fighting each other.4 In short, it will be a time of suffering that will make it look as if G‑d were asleep. These are the birthpangs of Mashiach, bearable only in anticipation of the bliss that follows them.

“When you see a generation ever dwindling, hope for him… when you see a generation overwhelmed by many troubles as by a river, await him.”5 “When you see nations fighting each other, look toward the feet of Mashiach."6

The prophet Joel records God's words and they are a wake up call about the key issue for an hour of trial. Its about dividing Israel, and that's one reason America has a big problem:
“In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will put them on trial for what they did to My inheritance, My people Israel, because they scattered My people among the nations and divided up My land" Joel 3:1-2.
The scene that Ezekiel records tie in with the words of Joel as well as Zechariah.

They each address the events of a vision of trouble "in that day." The overriding message is the fact that Almighty God has never given up on the Jewish people, they have not been replaced by another dispensation and Jerusalem remains the apple of God's eye. 

This is clear if you keep read what the prophet saw recorded in Ezekiel 40. You'll even notice a gate and you'll see Messiah the prince in Ezekiel 44-48 as well as the 12 gates of YHWH-shammah, The promise of Messiah is the praised son of the right hand and that blessing can be found in the names of the tribes of Israel:

  • Levi "joined to"
  • Joseph "Yehovah has added"
  • Benjamin "son of the right hand"
  • Dan "a judge"
  • Simeon "heard"
  • Issachar "there is recompense"
  • Zebulun "exalted"
  • Gad "a troop"
  • Asher "happy"
  • Naphtali "wrestling"
The modern nation of Israel is wrestling with Messiah right now, but it is the old land of new covenant promise and any division of the Promised Land by the nations will bring on trouble before Messiah's "millennium" the Messianic Era of rest when Zechariah's and Isaiah's words will ring true:
"And it shall come to pass that every one that is left of all nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship...and to keep the feast of tabernacles..." Zechariah 14:16
"It shall come to pass that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord." Isaiah 66:23
Isaiah 46:10 tells us God will make known the end - from the beginning.

In this way, all people must make their Yom Kippur choice: accept the living Word of God and sacrifice offering of Messiah. Repent and accept His splattered blood offering. 

Since Eden, God has always given each of us a choice, and His love, His desire is that you choose Messiah as the way to the Tree of Life and the water of God's Word that nourishes eternal life.

When people study Ezekiel today, we always hear something about the Gog-Magog war.

This end time battle is always a big part of most any discussion about Ezekiel or end-times. Usually, the dialogue points to an end of days battle scene before the return of Jesus and the culprit are ofter said to be Russia or China.

Here's the thing about the timing of God-Magog. There is a second witness to the sequence of Ezekiel 38-39 and as you've seen it's found in Revelation 20. John's vision provides a very specific time line for the God Magog war that everyone seems to ignore:
"When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison, and will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the sand of the seashore. 
And they came up on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from heaven and devoured them.  And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever." Revelation 20:7-10
When paired with the book of Revelation, the battle of Gog from Magog that Ezekiel describes in great detail is the final battle. John writes that it is after the thousand year millennium Sabbath rest. 

Revelation declares haSatan will be loosed "for a little season until the thousand years should be fulfilled."

Unless it is a rerun, the Revelation time stamp in the Ezekiel sequence places Gog from Magog at the end of the line in the "final" conflict of good and evil, not in the beginning of great tribulation. It will come to a conclusion with fire from heaven at the end of the thousand years. This is not my timeline, it is described in Revelation as haSatan will be released to test the hearts of mankind for the last time.

There has to be a reason. I believe that our Heavenly Father desires to give everyone the opportunity to repent and "choose" Him.

What we see in Revelation is the gift of God through the prophets to be given time to make the right choice in the end just as it was in the beginning, after all, the Bible is about choice: good or evil, light or darkness.

Revelation sums it up:
I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. And the city has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God has illumined it, and its lamp is the Lamb. 
The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it. In the daytime (for there will be no night there) its gates will never be closed; and they will bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it; and nothing unclean, and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.  Revelation 21:22-27
Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 
There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve Him; they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever. 
And he said to me, “These words are faithful and true”; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show to His bond-servants the things which must soon take place. 
“And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book.” Revelation 22:1-7
The Gog-Magog battle is a big part of the loosening at the end of the millennium day, when haSatan’s deceived hordes led by Gog will come against the Promised Land and its allies. And just when the situation seems impossible... God's glory will consume them like the priests of Baal in Elijah's day because of their fatal choice to join the final rebellion against God. The good news is all people that call out to God for salvation will receive it.

At the end of the Messianic Era and the Gog-Magog war, the Great White Throne final Yom Kippur judgment will be in court and the good news is that evil will be banished - forever in judgment. The Revelation scroll sums up the courtroom scene:
“Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.” Revelation 20:11-13
Halleluyah and amen, all glory to God!

The final sequence of Ezekiel chapters 40-46 describes the place where this will happen and Ezekiel gives us a virtual tour of New Jerusalem syncing with the angel's words in Revelation 11 as he measures the city to be lit by the Glory of God promised in Revelation 22 and Ezekiel 43.

If we look at the scroll of Isaiah we can see another witness to this day:
"In that day the branch of the LORD shall be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land shall be the pride and glory of the survivors of Israel. And he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy, every one who has been recorded for life in Jerusalem, when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and cleansed the bloodstains of Jerusalem from its midst by a spirit of judgment and by a spirit of burning. 
Then the LORD will create over the whole site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, and smoke and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory there will be a canopy and a pavilion. It will be for a shade by day from the heat, and for a refuge and a shelter from the storm and rain." Isaiah 4:2-6
Ezekiel describes a great calamity before the restoration of the Davidic Kingdom under King Messiah that was promised to Miriam (Mary) by Gabriel. He called those in the Kingdom, the house of Jacob.

The reason, the house of Jacob is a big deal in the Bible. The family, or household designation appears 148 times in 30 verses in the ESV Bible translation, 164 times in 33 verses in the KJV and 143 times in 30 verses in the NASB translation.

It's the explicit promise and favor given to Mary aka Miriam in Luke's narrative to Theophilus in which Luke wrote an historic description of the life, death, and resurrection of Messiah Yeshua. Luke's stated intention was to give Theophilus an account of the “things he had been taught” that were indeed true and trustworthy.

The house of Jacob references throughout the Bible are tied to the promise given to Miriam about what was about to begin because she was chosen by Almighty God in the line of Sarah, yet Mary would be different, overcome by the Spirit of God her son would be the promised Messiah King.

The message was delivered to Miriam as a gift from heaven delivered by Gabriel so that she would understand and not be afraid or give up on her betrothed fiancé Joseph:
"And he came to her and said, “Greetings, O favored one, the Lord is with you!” But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and tried to discern what sort of greeting this might be.

And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Yeshua.

He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”” Luke 1:28-33
We must remember that the Bible is intended to be understood as a whole and Mary knew the whole story. Scripture is laser focused on the house of Jacob and the Kingdom of God. A devout young Jewess, she must have known what Gabriel meant when he gave that promise of the house of Jacob and the Kingdom to comfort her because she knew the suffering servant prophecy given in Isaiah 53.

The prophecy found in Isaiah 53 would be distressful to any mother. It describes the rejection, suffering and sacrifice of our humble and loving Messiah:
He was despised and forsaken of men, a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and like one from whom men hide their face, He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely our griefs He Himself bore, and our sorrows He carried; yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His scourging we are healed. All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; but the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him. Isaiah 53:3-6
As obvious as it may be to Christians that this prophecy describes Messiah’s sufferings, Judaism has rejected this interpretation of Isaiah 53. Rabbinic Judaism holds that this prophecy is a historic description of the Jewish people in their suffering at the hands of the nations. Sadly, the reason is due to a church that has persecuted the Jewish people for thousands of years and taken the Jewishness out of Jesus.

The Zohar, a Jewish commentary on the Torah and the Prophets has this to say about Isaiah 53:
When the Messiah hears of the great suffering of Israel in their dispersion, and of the wicked amongst them who seek not to know their Master, he weeps aloud on account of those wicked amongst them, as it is written: “But he was wounded because of our transgression, he was crushed because of our iniquities”. The souls then return to their place. The Messiah, on his part, enters a certain Hall in the Garden of Eden, called the Hall of the Afflicted. There he calls for all the diseases and pains and sufferings of Israel, bidding them settle on himself, which they do. And were it not that he thus eases the burden from Israel, taking it on himself, no one could endure the sufferings meted out to Israel in expiation on account of their neglect of the Torah. So Scripture says; “Surely our diseases he did bear”... The Zohar, Soncino Press (vol.4, pp.220-221)
When Miriam heard the message, she knew the twelve sons of Jacob that left Egypt with them to follow The Lord was the angel's reference of the house of Jacob.

Jacob's twelve sons were Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph and Benjamin. They received a land inheritance with the exception of Joseph, whose two sons Manasseh and Ephraim were adopted into the house of Jacob.

Joseph, although the most favored of his father Jacob was not provided an allotment of the Promised Land of Israel, the two adopted sons Manasseh and Ephraim, were given a double portion of Joseph's inheritance. 

Eventually, the portions of David's kingdom became divided. This is shown in the books of Kings.

The Northern Kingdom became known as "Ephraim" and the Southern Kingdom became known as "Judah." They differed both politically and religiously. Judah held on to Jerusalem and the Torah, Ephraim did not, he turned his back on both choosing Shechem as the capital of the northern kingdom while mixing worship with "two calves of gold, and saying: "It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem: behold your gods, O Israel, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt."

Israel has never been reunited since the split after Solomon's death and this is a spiritual picture, a Biblical blueprint. In the same way, since the death and resurrection of Yeshua, a 2,000 year old religious split over the identity of Messiah has divided Christianity and Judaism, yet we both worship the same God of Israel whether in church or synagogue.

Years after Solomon, the Northern Kingdom was attacked by the Assyrians. This a spiritual picture too, a Biblical blueprint given for the end days recorded in Ezekiel.

Upon their captivity by Assyria, Ephraim was assimilated and intermingled into the nations of the world and they became sojourners. The intermarriage of the Assyrians and the descendants who remained in Northern Israel were known as Samaritans. Now you know the history of the Samaritan woman. When some of Ephraim returned, brought back by Shalmaneser, they established a temple at Mount Gerizim located on the south side of Shechem. 

Solomon's son Jeroboam expanded the ancient Danite altar at Tel Dan and built another at Bethel. Judges 18:29-30 tells us: "And they named the city Dan, after the name of Dan their ancestor, who was born to Israel; but the name of the city was Laish at the first. And the people of Dan set up the carved image for themselves, and Jonathan the son of Gershom, son of Moses, and his sons were priests to the tribe of the Danites until the day of the captivity of the land."

The Danite pagan altar at Tel Dan became a template for a "new religion" he led at Shechem. 

Apparently, the tribe of Dan in leading Israel into mixed worship is a problem so big that they are not listed among the 12 tribes in the book of Revelation. Perhaps because they represent those unwilling to come out of worship mixed with false idols.

Clearly new religion is a problem, but worship in spirit and truth is the solution.

We know because it is stated in John 4:19–24, when Jesus speaks to the Samaritan woman. During their conversation, she contrasts the schism of Samaritan worship at Mount Gerizim against Jewish worship at Mount Moriah and Jesus provides her the solution:
“The woman said to him, ‘Sir, I see that you are a prophet. Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you say that the place where people must worship is in Jerusalem.’

Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews.

But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” The woman said to him, “I know that Messiah is coming (he who is called Christ). When he comes, he will tell us all things.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am he.”” John 4:19–26
The Jews and the Samaritans that claimed to be Israelites from Ephraim and Manasseh never really got along with each other, and the same has been true for the past two thousand years as the church split from the synagogue, but praise God those days are ending for a remnant seeking spirit and truth.

Jesus' meeting with the Samaritan woman at the well of Jacob was a restoration picture, a Biblical blueprint given to us about the restoration of spirit and truth (John 4:4-42) occurring today. By the way, it is the longest one-on-one exchange ever recorded by any of the Gospel writers for good reason.

An even longer story is Joseph's in Genesis. The account tells of how he was rejected by and separated from his brothers. If you think about it, this foreshadows the dividing of the nation of Israel into Northern Kingdom and Southern Kingdom.

But God always uses tough times for good purpose. Joseph's family revival with His brothers foreshadows the unification of the whole house of Jacob in the end of days that has just begun. Ezekiel was told to lay on his side, this foreshadows the timeline of the judgment of the Northern Kingdom. The suffering of Ezekiel foreshadows the suffering of the Messiah too.

Did you know Orthodox Jews pray three times a day for the ingathering of the lost exiles of Israel?

When you realize  the significance of that the prayer for the lost tribes, the importance for today is astounding. The Sabbath Millennium or Messianic era known as the Day of The Lord is the time that Messiah will gather the exiles, the lost sheep and restore them to Judah as one flock in the Kingdom. 

How do we know?

Jesus said so as He spoke to His Jewish disciples:
"And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd." John 10:16
The "day of the Lord" is a Sabbath picture of the seventh day, a foreshadowing of the 1,000-year Messianic Age of the re-united Kingdom to come in the 7,000-year redemptive plan of the Almighty God of Israel.

What does all this have to do with Gabriel and Mary?

A lot. The big promise given Miriam (Mary) is about the Messiah (Mashiach) Yeshua. He will return to the earth at His second coming as King Messiah, known in Judaism as Messiah ben David. He is the "star that comes out of Jacob" (Numbers 24:17) and the "bright and morning star" (Revelation 22:16). He will again teach and explain the Torah from the Temple in Jerusalem (Isaiah 2:2-3) but this time not as a Rabbi, but as King.

The hidden story that Gabriel did not reveal to Miriam is about the timeline of the last generation to come before The Kingdom of the Sabbath Millennium called Olam Ha-Ba. Gabriel did not mention the last generation of the second coming. Like Daniel's message from Michael, Gabriel's message to Mary was sealed, unspoken and reserved for the last generation.

According to Jewish tradition, the Messianic Age or "yamei hamashiach" will a time of global peace and harmony, an era free of strife and hardship, and one focused on the Creator. Christians believe the same. The key difference is that Jewish tradition says it will be the Messiah's first visit.

Jewish tradition also states each day in creation represents 1,000 years in the timeline of mankind. This is based in large part upon connecting Psalm 90:4 to the six days of creation:

"For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night."

The traditional Jewish view of each day of creation representing 1,000 years of time for each day is also expressed in the New Testament. Its found in 2 Peter 3:8-10, where the Jewish disciple writes:
"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."
Boundaries are important.

Ezekiel describes the restoration of the boundaries of the Promised Land that ties to the land grant noted in Numbers 34:1-12. We see its new allotment in Ezekiel 48:1-7 and Ezekiel 48:23-29.

In the first exodus God used a census and He will again.

Measuring is a big part of the Ezekiel sequence. It begins with the measuring rod of the Temple in Ezekiel 40 and the portion of the land for inheritance in Ezekiel 48.

Everyone that is familiar with the exodus account has read about the census of Israel, but few Christians seem to think about the last census as being the same. Interestingly, today the nation state of Israel contains a remnant number of Yeshua believers scattered in many congregations across the land. Many say there are more Jewish believers worldwide today than there are Hassidic Jews. Some even say there are perhaps 30-40,000 Jewish followers of Messiah Yeshua in the Promised Land right now that remain fully Jewish.

With an outpouring of the Spirit of God described in Ezekiel 37, could we soon see many more, perhaps even the census of 144,000 described in Revelation 7:4 and Revelation 14:1?

When we look toward the end of the Ezekiel scroll, we can see that the prophet describes fruit trees on the banks of water flowing from the Temple. These are like the trees of Eden that were "good for food" and they are the same trees and fruit by the pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb described in Revelation 22.

Some believe the Ezekiel 37 words of resurrection are only symbolic, perhaps a metaphor much like David Ben-Gurion spoke of when Israel was reborn in 1948. After the Holocaust… the Shoah, Ben-Gurion became Israel's first Prime Minister and he made this bold statement on May 14, 1948: 

"Ezekiel 37 has been fulfilled, and the nation Israel is hearing the footsteps of the Messiah."

Ben-Gurion was correct, we are hearing the footsteps of Messiah, but Ezekiel 37 was not fulfilled in 1948, but its fulfillment started. We can know this in the Ezekiel sequence because the name of our Creator is not yet known by all, there is still idol confusion among the nations, but that day will end.

The ultimate promise of resurrection, redemption and restoration described in Ezekiel 37 is very real. It will come to pass. When we look into Ezekiel 37 we can see the resurrection described is the first at the beginning of the millennium that will occur at the return of Messiah.

Billy Graham once said: “Many people do not understand the fundamental truths about mankind’s eternal destinations and that each person has in a free will choice to make concerning the most critical matter of life — where they will spend eternity after death.” 

In Revelation, John writes of events following resurrection to physical life that Ezekiel points toward. The first resurrection is described in Revelation 20:4-6. Importantly, Yeshua of Nazareth speaks plainly of a second resurrection before the final Yom Kippur judgment described in John 5:24-29 when He states:
"Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. And he has given him authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man.

Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment."
Ezekiel, like the Apostle John, describes what he 'saw' as the heavens opened, and Ezekiel records a vision of God's glory with four living creatures around the throne of El Shaddai. This same throne was seen by Daniel (read Daniel 7:9) and the four creatures around the throne are described by John as a witness in his vision at Pathmos (read Revelation 4:6-9 and Revelation 5:6-14).

There's a lot of speculation about resurrection.

There's a lot of confusion too. So much so, many Christians no longer use the word resurrection confusing its reality promise with a theory called the pre-trib rapture. 

In the same way, there is much deception on the end days. Many think of them as an end of world disaster, the end of the world if you will. The facts are the end is a new beginning. 

Needless to say, there is a lot of confusion about the sequence of Ezekiel too, but God is not the author of confusion. He is the God of order. El Shaddai says He has declared everything to the prophets. The reason, He wants everyone to have a chance at redemption.

The important message God gives us is to study the prophets. Messiah advises us to ask the Spirit of God to be our head professor. 

If you will study God's word, take note to look at the order and sequence of Ezekiel. Study chapters 36-39, it appears to span a millennium and it describes events leading up to judgment at the end of the day, the 1,000 Sabbath of Messiah described in Revelation.

The Ezekiel 35 sequence begins with a remnant of Esau called Mount Seir.
Moreover, the word of YHVH came to me saying, “Son of man, set your face against Mount Seir, and prophesy against it and say to it, Thus says The Lord YHVH, Behold, I am against you, Mount Seir, And I will stretch out My hand against you And make you a desolation and a waste."

“I will lay waste your cities and you will become a desolation. Then you will know that I am YHVH."

"Because you have had everlasting enmity and have delivered the sons of Israel to the power of the sword at the time of their calamity, at the time of the punishment of the end, therefore as I live,” 'declares The Lord YHVH', “I will give you over to bloodshed, and bloodshed will pursue you; since you have not hated bloodshed, therefore bloodshed will pursue you.

I will make Mount Seir a waste and a desolation and I will cut off from it the one who passes through and returns. I will fill its mountains with its slain; on your hills and in your valleys and in all your ravines those slain by the sword will fall. I will make you an everlasting desolation and your cities will not be inhabited. Then you will know that I am YHVH."
After division - God's Judgment.
“Because you have said, ‘These two nations and these two lands will be mine, and we will possess them,’ although YHVH was there, therefore as I live,” declares The Lord YHVH, “I will deal with you according to your anger and according to your envy which you showed because of your hatred against them; so I will make Myself known among them when I judge you."
The Mountains of Israel will become desolate.
"Then you will know that I, YHVH, have heard all your revilings which you have spoken against the mountains of Israel saying, ‘They are laid desolate; they are given to us for food.’ And you have spoken arrogantly against Me and have multiplied your words against Me; I have heard it.” 'Thus says The Lord YHVH', “As all the earth rejoices, I will make you a desolation. As you rejoiced over the inheritance of the house of Israel because it was desolate, so I will do to you. You will be a desolation, O Mount Seir, and all Edom, all of it. Then they will know that I am YHVH.” Ezekiel 35:1-15
Guess what... today's 'West Bank' (Judaea) claimed as a prey and occupied by Palestinian Arabs is full of mountains, hills and valleys!
“And you, son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel and say, ‘O mountains of Israel, hear the word of YHVH'. 'Thus says The Lord YHVH', “Because the enemy has spoken against you, ‘Aha!’ and, ‘The everlasting heights have become our possession,’ therefore prophesy and say, ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “For good reason they have made you desolate and crushed you from every side, that you would become a possession of the rest of the nations and you have been taken up in the talk and the whispering of the people.”

Therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of The Lord YHVH."

'Thus says The Lord YHVH' "to the mountains and to the hills, to the ravines and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes and to the forsaken cities which have become a prey and a derision to the rest of the nations which are round about," 'therefore thus says The Lord YHVH', “Surely in the fire of My jealousy I have spoken against the rest of the nations, and against all Edom, who appropriated My land for themselves as a possession with wholehearted joy and with scorn of soul, to drive it out for a prey.”

"Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel and say to the mountains and to the hills, to the ravines and to the valleys", 'Thus says The Lord YHVH', "Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and in My wrath because you have endured the insults of the nations."
After division, restoration will come from God.
'Therefore thus says The Lord YHVH', "I have sworn that surely the nations which are around you will themselves endure their insults. But you, O mountains of Israel, you will put forth your branches and bear your fruit for My people Israel; for they will soon come".
After desolation, "all Israel" will return and that has already begun.
"For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you will be cultivated and sown. I will multiply men on you, all the house of Israel, all of it; and the cities will be inhabited and the waste places will be rebuilt. I will multiply on you man and beast; and they will increase and be fruitful; and I will cause you to be inhabited as you were formerly and will treat you better than at the first. Thus you will know that I am YHVH."

"Yes, I will cause men — My people Israel — to walk on you and possess you, so that you will become their inheritance and never again bereave them of children."
God Warns Esau that You will Never Bereave Israel Again.
“Thus says The Lord YHVH', "Because they say to you, You are a devourer of men and have bereaved your nation of children, therefore you will no longer devour men and no longer bereave your nation of children," 'declares The Lord YHVH'. “I will not let you hear insults from the nations anymore, nor will you bear disgrace from the peoples any longer, nor will you cause your nation to stumble any longer,” 'declares The Lord YHVH.’
God Recalls the Sins of Ancient Northern Israel and their Scattering.
Then the word of YHVH came to me saying, “Son of man, when the house of Israel was living in their own land, they defiled it by their ways and their deeds; their way before Me was like the uncleanness of a woman in her impurity. Therefore I poured out My wrath on them for the blood which they had shed on the land, because they had defiled it with their idols. Also I scattered them among the nations and they were dispersed throughout the lands.

According to their ways and their deeds I judged them. When they came to the nations where they went, they profaned My holy name, because it was said of them, ‘These are the people of YHVH; yet they have come out of His land.’ But I had concern for My holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations where they went." Ezekiel 36:1-21
God Will Act for the Holiness of His Name’s Sake.
“Therefore say to the house of Israel", ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you went. I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst.

Then the nations will know that I am YHVH,” 'declares The Lord YHVH', “when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight.

For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols.
God Promises a New Covenant.
Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.

You will live in the land that I gave to your forefathers; so you will be My people, and I will be your God. Moreover, I will save you from all your uncleanness; and I will call for the grain and multiply it, and I will not bring a famine on you.

I will multiply the fruit of the tree and the produce of the field, so that you will not receive again the disgrace of famine among the nations.

Then you will remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good, and you will loathe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and your abominations. I am not doing this for your sake,” 'declares The Lord YHVH', “let it be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel!”

‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places will be rebuilt. The desolate land will be cultivated instead of being a desolation in the sight of everyone who passes by. They will say, ‘This desolate land has become like the garden of Eden; and the waste, desolate and ruined cities are fortified and inhabited.’"
In just three short years, Israel will celebrate 70 years of land restoration. In that timeline, cities have been inhabited and waste places have been rebuilt. The land has been cultivated like Eden in many areas by the Jewish people and ruined cities are again being inhabited.

If we will just read Ezekiel 36 and Ezekiel 37 we can see this picture as the prophet describes the physical restoration of the Jewish people back to their ancient homeland of Judea and Samaria and the transformation of Israel that Ezekiel and virtually every other prophet including Moses wrote of this promise. We are seeing the promises before our eyes.

Israel became a nation during the Omer Count (day 20) to Shavuot on May 14, 1948 when David Ben Gurion declared independence. 

Does that day have a connection to the end of the 70 years in Babylon and the promise Almighty God gave to Zechariah to declare to the world? I say yes.
Therefore thus says the LORD, “I will return to Jerusalem with compassion; My house will be built in it,” declares the LORD of hosts, “and a measuring line will be stretched over Jerusalem.” Zechariah 1:16
We can all read what God has promised and the details of what is to come out of this is revealed by Ezekiel: "For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols."

What does this mean. I believe it points to the events of 1967, when the time of the Gentiles saw the beginning of its final chapter when Jerusalem was retaken. 

According to Fausset's Bible Dictionary, "The times of the Gentiles" began with Judah's depression and captivity under Nebuchadnezzar, to whom God delegated the world empire (Jeremiah 27:6-7), from whence Jeremiah's counsel to the Jews to submit to hint was true patriotism, not cowardice. Jerusalem has more or less been ever since "trodden down of the Gentiles," and shall be so "until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled" (Luke 21:24). Then shall the times of Israel begin with a glory eclipsing her past glory. "All Israel shall be saved." 

That historic Six Day War means...

Is it time for the water of God's Spirit to be poured out again in Jerusalem.
“Behold, days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when the city will be rebuilt for the LORD from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate. The measuring line will go out farther straight ahead to the hill Gareb; then it will turn to Goah. And the whole valley of the dead bodies and of the ashes, and all the fields as far as the brook Kidron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be holy to the LORD; it will not be plucked up or overthrown anymore forever.” Jeremiah 31:38-40  
The location near the Temple Mount, the Valley of ben Hinnom (Gehenna) are where the bones of murdered children were laid... "the scene of idolatrous practices in the days of Ahaz (2 Chronicles 28:3) and of Manasseh, who "made his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom."

Those were dark days, the filthiness was murder and abortion for Molech the idol that destroys life, but...

All the World will Know YHVH the life giver.
"Then the nations that are left round about you will know that I, YHVH, have rebuilt the ruined places and planted that which was desolate; I, YHVH, have spoken and will do it.”

'Thus says The Lord YHVH', “This also I will let the house of Israel ask Me to do for them: I will increase their men like a flock. Like the flock for sacrifices, like the flock at Jerusalem during her appointed feasts, so will the waste cities be filled with flocks of men. Then they will know that I am YHVH.” Ezekiel 36:22-37
The Vision of Dry Bones - tells us Israel will know Redemption. 
'The hand of YHVH was upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of YHVH and set me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones. He caused me to pass among them round about, and behold, there were very many on the surface of the valley; and lo, they were very dry. He said to me':

“Son of man, can these bones live?” 'And I answered', “O Lord GOD, You know.” 'Again He said to me', “Prophesy over these bones and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of YHVH.’ Thus says The Lord YHVH to these bones, "Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am YHVH.”

So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to its bone. And I looked, and behold, sinews were on them, and flesh grew and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them.

Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they come to life.”

So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they came to life and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army.
The Vision is Explained – Restoration and Resurrection - Heaven on Earth.
Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the 'whole house' of Israel; behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope has perished. We are completely cut off.’ Therefore prophesy and say to them", ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “Behold, I will open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves, My people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel.

Then you will know that I am YHVH, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come up out of your graves, My people. I will put My Spirit within you and you will come to life, and I will place you on your own land. Then you will know that I, YHVH, have spoken and done it,” declares YHVH.
Reunion of Two Sticks: Judah and Ephraim,  the House of Joseph His Companions.
The word of YHVH came again to me saying, “And you, son of man, take for yourself one stick and write on it, ‘For Judah and for the sons of Israel, his companions’; then take another stick and write on it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and all the house of Israel, his companions.’

Then join them for yourself one to another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.

When the sons of your people speak to you saying", ‘Will you not declare to us what you mean by these?’ say to them, ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel, his companions; and I will put them with it, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they will be one in My hand. The sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes."
One New Man in the Land, United on the Mountains of Israel with One King.
Say to them, ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “Behold, I will take the sons of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land; and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king will be king for all of them; and they will no longer be two nations and no longer be divided into two kingdoms.

They will no longer defile themselves with their idols, or with their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions; but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. And they will be My people, and I will be their God."
Messiah’s Everlasting Kingdom under the Covenant of Peace.
“My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd; and they will walk in My ordinances and keep My statutes and observe them.

They will live on the land that I gave to Jacob My servant, in which your fathers lived; and they will live on it, they, and their sons and their sons’ sons, forever; and David My servant will be their prince forever. I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in their midst forever.

My dwelling place also will be with them; and I will be their God, and they will be My people. And the nations will know that I am YHVH who sanctifies Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forever.” Ezekiel 37:1-28
Gog of Magog Will Come in The End of the Millennium  shown in Revelation 20:7-10.
And the word of YHVH came to me saying, “Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him and say", ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH, “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal.

I will turn you about and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, and all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them splendidly attired, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them wielding swords; Persia, Ethiopia and Put with them, all of them with shield and helmet; Gomer with all its troops; Beth-togarmah from the remote parts of the north with all its troops—many peoples with you. 
Be prepared, and prepare yourself, you and all your companies that are assembled about you, and be a guard for them."
The Summoning - In the Latter Years.
"After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them."
Invasion – The Final Battle.
"You will go up, you will come like a storm; you will be like a cloud covering the land, you and all your troops, and many peoples with you.”

‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “It will come about on that day, that thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil plan, and you will say, ‘I will go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will go against those who are at rest, that live securely, all of them living without walls and having no bars or gates, to capture spoil and to seize plunder, to turn your hand against the waste places which are now inhabited, and against the people who are gathered from the nations, who have acquired cattle and goods, who live at the center of the world.’

"Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish with all its villages will say to you, ‘Have you come to capture spoil? Have you assembled your company to seize plunder, to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to capture great spoil?’”
In the Last Days - The Armies of Gog will Attack.... and Lose the Final Battle.

At the end of the millennium day, Gog will show up:
“Therefore prophesy, son of man, and say to Gog, ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH, “On that day when My people Israel are living securely, will you not know it?

You will come from your place out of the remote parts of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great assembly and a mighty army; and you will come up against My people Israel like a cloud to cover the land. It shall come about in the last days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me when I am sanctified through you before their eyes, O Gog.”

‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “Are you the one of whom I spoke in former days through My servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days for many years that I would bring you against them?"
The Wrath of God Starts with the Revelation 16:18 earthquake or shaking from Almighty God's presence.
"It will come about on that day, when Gog comes against the land of Israel,” 'declares The Lord YHVH', “that My fury will mount up in My anger. In My zeal and in My blazing wrath I declare that on that day there will surely be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.

The fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all the creeping things that creep on the earth, and all the men who are on the face of the earth will shake at My presence; the mountains also will be thrown down, the steep pathways will collapse and every wall will fall to the ground."
Revelation's Judgment Sword of Pestilence and Hail will be seen like a Pharaoh repeat.
"I will call for a sword against him on all My mountains,” 'declares The Lord YHVH'. “Every man’s sword will be against his brother. With pestilence and with blood I will enter into judgment with him; and I will rain on him and on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, a torrential rain, with hailstones, fire and brimstone. I will magnify Myself, sanctify Myself, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am YHVH.” Ezekiel 38:1-23
And huge hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, *came down from heaven upon men; and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, because its plague was extremely severe. Revelation 16:21
What happens next? 

Blessing. Ezekiel 39 tells us about The Spirit outpouring that will overwhelm:
“Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Now I will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on the whole house of Israel, and I will be jealous for my holy name.  
They shall forget their shame and all the treachery they have practiced against me, when they dwell securely in their land with none to make them afraid, when I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them from their enemies’ lands, and through them have vindicated my holiness in the sight of many nations.  
Then they shall know that I am the LORD their God, because I sent them into exile among the nations and then assembled them into their own land. I will leave none of them remaining among the nations anymore. And I will not hide my face anymore from them, when I pour out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, declares the Lord GOD.” Ezekiel 39:25-29
Invaders that oppose God will be Destroyed on the Mountains of Israel.
“"And you, son of man, prophesy against Gog and say", ‘Thus says The Lord YHVH', “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal; and I will turn you around, drive you on, take you up from the remotest parts of the north and bring you against the mountains of Israel."

"I will strike your bow from your left hand and dash down your arrows from your right hand. You will fall on the mountains of Israel, you and all your troops and the peoples who are with you; I will give you as food to every kind of predatory bird and beast of the field. You will fall on the open field; for it is I who have spoken,” 'declares The Lord YHVH'. “And I will send fire upon Magog and those who inhabit the coastlands in safety; and they will know that I am YHVH."

“My holy name I will make known in the midst of My people Israel; and I will not let My holy name be profaned anymore. And the nations will know that I am YHVH, the Holy One in Israel. Behold, it is coming and it shall be done,” 'declares The Lord YHVH'. "That is the day of which I have spoken."
Seven Years of Firewood from Weapons of Plunder.
“Then those who inhabit the cities of Israel will go out and make fires with the weapons and burn them, both shields and bucklers, bows and arrows, war clubs and spears, and for seven years they will make fires of them. They will not take wood from the field or gather firewood from the forests, for they will make fires with the weapons; and they will take the spoil of those who despoiled them and seize the plunder of those who plundered them,” 'declares The Lord YHVH'.
Armageddon's Seven Month Burial, Cleansing the Land for the last time.
“On that day I will give Gog a burial ground there in Israel, the valley of those who pass by east of the sea, and it will block off those who would pass by. So they will bury Gog there with all his horde, and they will call it the valley of Hamon-gog.

For seven months the house of Israel will be burying them in order to cleanse the land. Even all the people of the land will bury them; and it will be to their renown on the day that I glorify Myself,” 'declares The Lord YHVH'.

“They will set apart men who will constantly pass through the land, burying those who were passing through, even those left on the surface of the ground, in order to cleanse it. At the end of seven months they will make a search. As those who pass through the land pass through and anyone sees a man’s bone, then he will set up a marker by it until the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon-gog. And even the name of the city will be Hamonah. So they will cleanse the land.”
Scavengers will be Assembled for The Men of War.
"As for you, son of man, 'thus says The Lord YHVH', Speak to every kind of bird and to every beast of the field, “Assemble and come, gather from every side to My sacrifice which I am going to sacrifice for you, as a great sacrifice on the mountains of Israel, that you may eat flesh and drink blood.

You will eat the flesh of mighty men and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, as though they were rams, lambs, goats and bulls, all of them fatlings of Bashan. So you will eat fat until you are glutted, and drink blood until you are drunk, from My sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. You will be glutted at My table with horses and charioteers, with mighty men and all the men of war,” 'declares The Lord'".
Judgment and Glory - The Summary of the Prophecies of the Scrolls.
"And I will set My glory among the nations; and all the nations will see My judgment which I have executed and My hand which I have laid on them. And the house of Israel will know that I am YHVH their God from that day onward.

The nations will know that the house of Israel went into exile for their iniquity because they acted treacherously against Me, and I hid My face from them; so I gave them into the hand of their adversaries, and all of them fell by the sword. According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions I dealt with them, and I hid My face from them.”
Calamity, Restoration and The Spirit of God Outpouring.
'Therefore thus says The Lord YHVH', “Now I will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name. They will forget their disgrace and all their treachery which they perpetrated against Me, when they live securely on their own land with no one to make them afraid.

When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them from the lands of their enemies, then I shall be sanctified through them in the sight of the many nations. Then they will know that I am YHVH their God because I made them go into exile among the nations, and then gathered them again to their own land; and I will leave none of them there any longer.

I will not hide My face from them any longer, for I will have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,” 'declares The Lord YHVH'. Ezekiel 39:1-29
The Ezekiel sequence of the scroll tells us a dark day of calamity is coming for those that oppose Israel, a time of tribulation and desolation will come in the mountains of Israel when the forced division of the Promised Land for peace sought even today by the nations will meet its end in God's Glory.

Today's calamity of division against God's promise to Abraham began in 1947 with the U.N. Partition Plan. UN Resolution 181 includes a "Special International Regime" for the City of God. 

Believe it or not, Jerusalem's UN resolution was accepted by the Jewish government but rejected by the Arabs.

o matter what your views are on the timing of the Ezekiel sequence, or your belief of whether Messiah came to suffer for you, it is now time to turn to Messiah Yeshua before He returns as King. 

When Yeshua said your "house" will be desolate in Matthew 23:38, perhaps He was referencing Ezekiel 35:15. 

The word "house" used in Matthew is from the Greek "oikos" which means "the place where one has fixed his residence, one's settled abode.'"Today, many call the West Bank, the settled abode, aka the "settlements."

Yeshua words are a prophecy people of Israel, an attempt at division will come for the Palestinian settlements of Gaza, Judea and Samaria and battles will arise.

Israel, now is the time to call out for your Jewish Messiah. Repent and return to God's ancient promise of both suffering Messiah and King. Yeshua is both Messiah ben Joseph and Messiah ben David.

Believe the Bible, repent and return to hear God's word on this declared to the prophets and walk in the faith of the Kingdom ways of Torah like Yeshua did so that you can be ready before the calamity Ezekiel describes.

God is a sovereign God. He is a loving God and He has provided the way to offer all His salvation in resurrection and redemption through HaMoshiach. You can accept His life blood to restore the broken covenant. 

Yeshua mentioned the parable of the figs in Luke 21 as a sign of His coming. Why?

Jeremiah 24 gives the answer to the question raised in Luke 21, the good figs will know Messiah.
Then the word of the LORD came to me: “Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel: Like these good figs, so I will regard as good the exiles from Judah, whom I have sent away from this place to the land of the Chaldeans.  
I will set my eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land. I will build them up, and not tear them down; I will plant them, and not pluck them up. I will give them a heart to know that I am the LORD, and they shall be my people and I will be their God, for they shall return to me with their whole heart. Jeremiah 24:4-7
Israel, reconsider Isaiah 53 very carefully, sure it points toward your calamities, but look at it closely, it is about the Messiah from the tribe of Judah in the line of David. It is not just about a people wounded by the world's transgressions. In the end, it's about Messiah. Isaiah plainly says so:
"Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
Judah you were stricken and afflicted by men, many of them Christians in our history, so forgive us.

Remember, no one is healed or redeemed by your suffering, but we can all be by the affliction of the Son of God. Turn back, repent, accept God's gift of love through Messiah Yeshua. He is the suffering servant, the King of Kings and the High Priest in the Order of Melchizedek, that's the mystery. 

Suffering comes before redemption. Egypt and the Exodus a lesson.

Today is the time, listen to Ben-Gurion: "the nation Israel is hearing the footsteps of the Messiah." 

The world will see Messiah when you declare:
"Blessed is He that cometh in the name of the Lord'. Psalm 118:26
Yeshua came in the name of The Lord and He validated this Psalm when He said:
"For I say unto you, You shall not see me henceforth, until you shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." Matthew 23:39
You can say it, "Baruch haba b'Shem Adonai."

America, consider this too: Are we the daughter of Babylon?

This we know, some in America have turned against prayer, the Ten Commandments, the Bible and in many ways through our sad history, the church has turned against the Jewish people. America, we have even legalized Molech's child murder with abortion and a legalized a Sodom and Gomorrah's marriage in our Supreme Court. Time is short. Wake Up!

Jeremiah says:
“Thus says the LORD of hosts:
Behold, disaster is going forth
from nation to nation,
and a great tempest is stirring
from the farthest parts of the earth! Jeremiah 25:32
This we do know, the God of Israel made a promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3 that cannot be broken. Yeshua from the House of David wants to bless Israel:
"And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."
The world needs to know Zechariah 12:3 declares:
"And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it."
Because of this warning, we have to remember the inspired words of David in Psalm 121:4: "Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep." And in Psalm 122:6: "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee."

May the Lord pour out His Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) and unite all hearts in love for Zion bringing redemption, restoration and reconciliation to the whole house of Jacob, both natural born and adopted because of our shared love for The God of Israel and His Messiah.

Whether Jew or not, we all need to get our life right with our Creator, don’t wait for tomorrow, repent and follow Messiah Yeshua now! He bore our grief and sin for your healing, for our redemption and restoration in resurrection. We can all declare it:
"I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin". Psalm 38:17

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." John 3:16-17
We are fast approaching the third day since these words were penned in the book called Matthew some 2,000 years ago.

Moses gave the world a prophecy when he recorded the words of The Almighty at Mt. Sinai:
"Have them wash their clothes and be ready by the third day, because on that day The Lord will come down… in the sight of all people…. Only when the yovel sounds a long blast may they go up."
The reason that Messiah Yeshua did not bring world peace two days ago (two thousand years) is because The Father wants to save the whole world. He is giving us all as much time as He can but:
After two days he will revive us;
on the third day he will raise us up,
that we may live before him. Hosea 6:2
I pray we will all be able to come together and say these words to the coming Priest King in Jerusalem:
“My father was a wandering Syrian. He went down to Egypt with a few people and lived there. There he became a great, powerful, and populous nation.

But the Egyptians mistreated and afflicted us, and forced us to do hard labor. So we called out to The Lord, the God of our fathers, and the LORD heard our cry and saw our misery, hardship, and oppression.

Then the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a strong hand and an outstretched arm, with terrifying power, and with signs and wonders. He led us to this place and gave us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.

Now I have now brought the first of the land’s produce that You, LORD, have given me.
What does this all mean? 

Consider a prayer: Please, God, guide me by your Spirit as to what I should hear and do.

It's time to repent and return to God's voice, return to hear and do His words and walk in the faith of His Kingdom path so that you can ready your lamp for your assignment. 

Stretch out your hand, and take from the tree of life, and live forever.

Open a Bible, read it, listen to God's voice and do Yeshua's teaching about the forever jots and tittles. 

You can learn how the things which are written in the Torah, the Prophets, and the Psalms are concerning Messiah and you can teach others to live life like Jesus, it's love in God's way:
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." John 3:16-17
Today is the time, open your eyes if you're dead in your own valley of dry bones.

Look up and you'll recognize Messiah from Abraham's promise passed on to Isaac and Jacob as written by Moses in the Torah. You can see Him too in the Prophets and the Writings.

Repent and walk your Emmaus Road with Messiah. Study the Scriptures He taught every Sabbath that are filled with doing life God's way in the Kingdom, and tell others about Him. Be a gatekeeper until the house is complete.
